I love the beach. I’ve found that I could definitely live like I lived these past 3 days at Santa Teresa de Cobano, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
I love my country. I love waking up in the beach and the first thing to do is walk up to a great swell and surf for 2-3 hours straight. Mostly knowing that the most beautiful girl I know is watching me from the beach, even though she’s distracted when I get the best waves…
We had a spectacular view of the sky on the trip heading over there, I cut a glimpse of the stars as she waited in the car, getting bitten by mosquitos. How lucky can I be to have a model like her as a girlfriend? Well, it is as good as it gets. Santa Teresa is a beautiful place, still not as crowded as Tamarindo Beach or Jacó, even though it might one day get to that because the roads are planned on being paved. It’s still a little town building it’s way up, with an amazing beach carrying awesome waves.
I don’t usually post about my girlfriend because I know she’s shy about me taking her pictures, and mostly because I don’t like douchebags trying to impress her and being creepy as fuck, but when she lets me take her pictures I can’t just keep them on my computer for no one to see.
The way back was much more relaxing because we got on the Ferry, so didn’t have to drive for 2 hours, it was fun to listen to reggaeton (and mock about it because none of us like it) all the way and look at all the “gringos” drinking a lot of beer along the way. I really loved being these days with her at the beach, I love her and her beautiful soul. I hope you like the selected pictures we took on the time we were there!
