Florece and the Sun

From Venice to Florence

Yes. The heat. The heat. Wow, you have no idea about the heat. (Probably you do, i don’t know, but i didn’t). Florence is about history, and about most of the known names you’ve heard about, like the Medici, or you’ve studied about the Renascence and all of their artists. This is Florence.

We started the day on a Hop on Hop off bus, and went to a vista point of the city called San Marco. We stayed there for about 30-40 minutes until the sun was unbearable. We hopped on again and hopped off on the Plaza de la Señoría, well, actually hopped off near the plaza and had to walk. We also visited the Santa María di Fiore cathedral but it was closed, so we only walked around it.

The heat was so tiring we just went back to the hotel to relax and drink a couple of beers. That was the end of our day! Today we’re going to meet Jorge Jimenez Deredia, i hope it’s a great day!
